2jba reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where 2jba has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued account operation poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to the platform.
Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including real money deposits and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the Player for personal reasons (including voluntary self-exclusion), the real money balance will be returned to the Player following standard withdrawal procedures and identity verification, less any applicable fees. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure regardless of wagering status.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
